Colorado Gov. Jared Polis is supporting a House GOP proposal that would impose a ban on state laws restricting artificial intelligence, according to his spokesperson.
The proposed 10-year moratorium was included in draft legislation before the House Energy and Commerce Committee that could become part of President Donald Trump‘s (R) tax bill. Polis has some reservations about the bill as written, according to spokesperson Shelby Wieman.
