Twelve motorists in Lycoming County have been charged with DUI, according to court records. They are:

• Scott Allen Marshall II, 46, of 2879 Route 44 South, Jersey Shore; Lycoming Regional police on Mill Lane in Old Lycoming Township on April 11; also charged with three summary violations.

• Hydia Shavers, 39, of Lewisburg; state police at West Third and Campbell streets in the city on March 28; also charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstruction the administration of law, false identification to law enforcement and seven summary violations. This was her third DUI arrest.

• Justin John Davis, 44, of 1251 Seth St.; state police at West Fourth Street and Mifflin Place in the city on March 10; also charged with two summary violations.

• Arsen Collazo Izquierdo, 21, of Sunbury; state police at First and Maynard streets in the city on Feb. 15; also charged with two summary violations.

• Jaselle Lee Rummings, 22, of 5843 Route 44 South, Jersey Shore; state police on Interstate 180 in the city on Jan. 24; also charged with two summary violations.

• Lynn Joseph Gehr, 39, of 434 Sheridan St.; state police following a crash in the 16000 block of Route 87 in Plunketts Creek Township on Jan. 24; also charged with six summary violations.

• Brent Nathaniel Beane, 19, of 14248 Route 87, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 at the Maynard Street interchange in the city on Jan. 18; also charged with one summary violation.

• Jesse Lynn Stackhouse, 31, of 155 Herr Road, Muncy; state police on Muncy Creek Boulevard near Route 405 in Muncy Creek Township on Dec. 28; also charged with six summary offenses.

• Ian Robert Myers, 27, of 1822 Back St., Montoursville; state police following a crash in the 1000 block of Beagle Club Road in Upper Fairfield Township on Dec. 15; also charged with three summary violations.

• Harold G. Fraley, 69, off 1515 Kepner Hill Road, Muncy; state police at Fogelman and Clarkstown roads in Muncy Creek Township on Nov. 26; also charged with five summary violations.

• Zachary Haas, 23, of Fleetwood, Berks County; state police on Maynard Street in the city on Nov. 24; also charged with two summary violations.

• Ahmeen Oglesby, 37, of 418 W. Third St., apartment 1; state police in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Oct. 14; also charged with four summary violations.
