Wanted man eludes Williamsport police, prompting search | News, Sports, Jobs - Williamsport Sun-Gazette
A man who is wanted on four separate warrants bolted from a city police officer in the 1500 block of Mount Carmel Street about 3 p.m. Thursday, prompting an extensive neighborhood search that involved several additional law enforcement officers, a police dog and the use of a drone, operated by the officer at left in the photo. Police did not release the man’s identity who eluded capture, possibly running into the sprawling nearby Wildwood Cemetery.
