This four-week plan was created following four key principles:

Functional Core Training

This program is designed to hit every single function of the core, which—along with the common spinal flexion and bracing that comes with situps and planks—includes rotation, anti-rotation, and anti-extension.

Total-Body Training

Rather than taking on a muscle-group focused bodybuilder-style split, this plan is composed of total-body workouts. Not only does this enable you to hit every part of your body for a balanced plan, but it helps to keep the time down, too.

Offset Loads

Your core muscles will be tasked to work even harder when you throw off the standard symmetrical approach to training. As you fight to keep your body balanced, you'll get your ab muscles involved.
