But she didn’t keep it for long. Property records show Swift sold the property in February 2013 for $5,675,000, making a tidy profit.

The oceanfront property includes a three-car garage, guest quarters, a circular driveway, heated swimming pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, and a private beach.

“It’s pretty special,” Kinlin said. “There’s a great pool, with great views, a very nice beach, and it’s private.”

Built in 1928, the house has been completely renovated but hasn’t lost its historic charm, he said.

“It’s like brand new,” Kinlin said. “The owner wanted to keep the charm that the house had ... they did a terrific job at doing that. It’s like stepping back in time, but everything is new and updated.”

The house, which is situated on just over an acre, comes furnished and features more than 5,000 square feet of living space.
