Players are due to report to the club's training HQ in Walsall on Sunday where they will debrief with staff following the final fixture and hold talks before saying their farewells for the summer.
For some members of the squad it will be farewell from The Hawthorns and the BaggiesΒ for good as their contracts reach a conclusion.
Long-serving attacker Grady Diangana is set for the exit door at the end of the five-year contract he signed after an Β£18million signing from West Ham United in 2020.
Diangana, 27, had enjoyed a hugely successful loan spell from the Hammers that helped Albion win promotion to the Premier League under Slaven Bilic.
The subject of his future had been a discussion among Albion decision-makers for some time with various interest in the attacker over the years. Former boss Tony Mowbray, who was in charge between January and April, initially stated his desire for Diangana for stay but it transpired that the DR Congo international will bring his time in the Black Country to a close.
