Following her recent arraignment before District Judge William Solomon, Maxson was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.
In another case, Thomas E. Pittman, 41, of Elmira, New York, also known on the street as “D,” has been arrested on two sets of charges; one filed by the county’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit and another by state police. The narcotics unit alleges in an affidavit that he sold crack cocaine on four occasions to informants in the city between April 3 and May 13. In this case, he has been charged with four felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a communication device.
State police allege Graham sold three grams of cocaine for $300 to an informant in the city on two occasions last October, charging him with two counts each of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of a cellphone. according to court records. Following his arraignment last week before District Judge Christian Frey, Pittman remains jailed in lieu of $150,000 bail.
In another case, Anthony Tony Oglesby, 41, of Philadelphia, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance (23 grams of marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia after state police stopped his 2009 Ford Flex in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Oct.14. He has since waived his preliminary hearing before District Judge Gary Whiteman and is free on $5,000 bail.
In another case, Nathan Andrew Banks, 40, of 1542 Scott St., will face further court action on felony charges of delivery of a controlled substance and illegal use of cellphone filed by the county’s narcotics unit that stem from him selling a gram of crack cocaine to an informant in the 700 block of Acme Place in the city on May 23, 2024, according to court records. He has waived his preliminary hearing and remains jailed in lieu of $15,000 bail.
In another case, the narcotics unit has arrested Rashan Massey, 32, and Oliva Antonsanti, 28, both of Sunbury, on charges after they allegedly conspired together in selling 26 grams of cocaine to an informant in the 200 block of William Street in the city last June 7. Both have been charged with delivery of a controlled substance while Massey faces an additional count of illegal use of cellphone and Antonsanti has been charged with one count of conspiracy. They have waived their preliminary hearings and are free on bail.
