Karate Avilés and Club Iñigo Nuevo, both from Asturias, Spain, excelled in the regional round of the School Games held in Piedras Blancas.
Karate Avilés won an impressive 17 medals:

Club Iñigo Nuevo also performed well, securing several medals:
Izan González, Iris Sande, and Enol Triviño will also represent the club in the finals.
Both teams will compete in the final of the School Games, which will be held in Ribadesella.

Fueron oro Enol Ferrer, Álex Fernández, Adriana Ramil, Iyán Llamazares, Nerea Teixeira y Ángel Oliver; plata Daniela Bello, Eloy Larfeuil, Marco Laiz y Víctor Ventosa; y bronce Adriana Suárez, Thiago Martínez, Julia Larfeuil, Ala Laiz, Darío Schiratti y Yeray Sánchez. Sara García, Pablo Schiratti, Adrián Casanova, Iker Merino y Fabián García también irán a Ribadesella. Por el Club Iñigo Nuevo, fueron oro Nicolás Vega y Estela Rodríguez; plata Dani Casado y Enol Rodríguez; y bronce Nuria Ortega, Carlos Díaz, Lucas Arango y Martín Triviño.
