內地家電行業正迎來新一輪產業變革,全球科技巨頭美的集團(HK:)通過戰略合作、技術升級與全球化佈局持續鞏固龍頭地位。2025年,美的在業務拓展、資本運作與技術創新領域動作頻頻,展現出強勁的發展動能。

今年5月,美的剛與另一家電巨頭海信集團達成戰略合作,雙方將共用數位化與AI技術平台,推動智慧倉網體系在製造、物流等場景的落地,並聯合攻關綠色工廠、工業互聯網等技術。此次合作標誌著內地家電行業從競爭走向競合,有望通過資源整合加速行業智慧化升級,提升全球產業鏈話語權。

面對國際貿易環境的不確定性,美的通過海外並購與產能轉移強化全球競爭力。2025年4月,公司完成對德國百年品牌Teka集團(除俄羅斯業務)的收購,獲得歐洲及拉美市場的核心管道與製造基地。Teka旗下三大品牌(Teka、Kuppersbusch、Intra)年產能超百萬件,覆蓋120個國家,將補強美的在高端廚電領域的佈局。為了規避潛在關稅風險,美的加速將北美訂單產能轉移至墨西哥、泰國等海外基地,預計2025年6月底前美國市場海外生產佔比將超過40%。

儘管與格力在「家用空調第一」的統計口徑上存在爭議(美的系多品牌份額合計領先,格力單品牌線上零售額佔優),但美的憑藉全品類、全球化及B端轉型的差異化路徑,展現出更均衡的增長韌性。奧維雲網資料顯示,美的系空調線下份額35.9%,顯著領先行業。

技術走勢方面,股價於過去大半年於60港元至80港元左右徘徊。期權策略方面,可搏近期集團與海信合作﹑對Teka收購及未來分拆上市事宜所產生的協同效應而令股價於中線突破,可於現價買入2025年9月100港元行權價的認購期權,博股價於中期可重上其歷史高位101港元,跌破近期低位63港元止蝕。
