The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in Chennai rejected appeals filed by Riju Raveendran and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) against a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Bengaluru order.
The NCLT order mandated the BCCI to withdraw its insolvency petition against Byju's and submit a settlement proposal to the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of Byju's parent company.
