How do I sign up for the Baker’s Rewards program?Signing up for our Baker’s Rewards program is free and easy! Just complete our simple submission form. Terms & conditions apply.How do I earn Rewards Points?Points can be earned on purchases and are based on your merchandise total. You do not earn points for gift cards or baking school classes. We also offer other options to earn points such as connecting on Instagram and writing a product review.How do I exchange Rewards Points?In your account’s Loyalty dashboard, you’ll find your total accumulated points. Via that page’s "Exchange" tab, you can to exchange points for discounts up to $15.Are there limits on what I can purchase with my Rewards?Earned discounts can be applied towards nearly any item in our large online catalog with limited exceptions: gift cards and certificates, Baking School classes, and order shipping + handling fees and/or taxes. See all terms & conditions »What are qualifying points?Qualifying points are points earned on purchases. 200+ qualifying points per calendar year will qualify Baker's Rewards members for Baker's Rewards Gold.I just earned Gold status – how do I use my Free Shipping coupon?Annually, in January, gold members will receive a coupon, good for free standard shipping on orders over $75 to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will incur an additional charge.What is a Points Multiplier Promotion?From time to time, we offer points multiplier promotions such as 2x points on order or 2x points for specific products. During these promotions, members earn points at the standard rate for their tier multiplied by the points multiplier. During a 2x points promotion Baker's Rewards members earn 2 points for every dollar spent (1 point per dollar multiplied by 2). Baker's Rewards Gold members earn 2.5 points per dollar for orders under $150 and 3 points per dollar over $150.Example: Order Value = $100Baker's Rewards Member earns 100 points + 100 bonus points.Baker's Rewards Gold Member earns 125 points + 125 bonus points.The bonus points earned during points multiplier promotions are awarded in a separate transaction and are not counted as tier qualifying points.
